Role Description The AI Developer will design, implement, and optimize AI models and software components for production-grade applications. Typical responsibilities include developing and maintaining machine learning and neural network solutions, building data pipelines, and integrating AI features into existing and new software products. The role involves experimenting with algorithms, performing model training and evaluation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs. The AI Developer will also contribute to documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement of development practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Errachidia. Qualifications • Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and version control tools. • Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with the ability to design, train, and optimize models. • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks for building language-based AI solutions. • Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python, Java, or C++), and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). • Ability to work with datasets, perform data preprocessing, and evaluate models using appropriate metrics. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Experience with deployment of AI models to production (e.g., APIs, microservices, cloud platforms) is a plus.
