Senior Affiliate Manager We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team at our Sports Betting and Casino brands. You will manage the affiliate program by seeking out new affiliates, managing existing ones, negotiating deals, and managing payments to affiliates. YOUR IMPACT • Find, contact, and recruit new affiliates to increase the brand’s user acquisition. • Manage existing affiliates by maintaining strong relationships with them and providing them with the necessary support. • Negotiate affiliate deals that are mutually beneficial for both parties. • Analyze and optimize campaigns to ensure affiliates deliver the best results and meet ROI targets. • Monitor affiliate activity and provide regular reports to the management team. • Manage affiliate budgeting, including commission setup and target spend. • Conduct competitor analysis, including identifying sites where competitors advertise. • Ensure timely payments to affiliates. • Keep up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape. OUR REQUIREMENTS • In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing • Experience in the sports betting or casino industry in Morocco is a must. • Experience building and nurturing relationships with CPA networks. • Strong partnership management skills. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset. • Strong analytical skills. • Good understanding of tracking and postback technologies. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Fluency in English.
