The role We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to join our MEA Human Resources team based in Casablanca for a 6-month internship. Reporting to the Head of HR for the MEA Headquarters and supporting a team of 2 HR Business Partners, you will contribute to support recruitment activities, HR communication and employee engagement initiatives across the MEA region. Key responsibilities Recruitment support • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards. • Assist with candidate communication and feedback processes. • Help prepare hiring documentation and onboarding support when needed. HR Communication • Create visuals and templates in Canva (announcements, newsletters, presentations, social media). • Support the drafting of HR communications in English and French. HR Actions & Engagement • Support the organization and animation of HR events and initiatives. • Support day to day HR actions and projects. Key Competencies & Profile • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Communication, Business or a related field. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French. • Strong command of Canva. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization. • Ability to navigate a matrix organization and multicultural teams. • Ideally, some prior experience (internship or entry-level role) in HR or communication within an international or multicultural environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Application Tracking Systems is a plus.
