We are not looking for someone who simply posts pictures or videos. We want someone with an amazing personality, creative ideas, great communication skills, and the ambition to grow with our company. *No previous professional experience is required. Your personality, creativity, and work ethic matter much more than your CV.* SALARY & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES We have designed a performance-based salary structure that rewards exceptional results. *STAGE 1 (probation period) — Starting Salary: 3,000 MAD/month* This is your starting salary while we evaluate your creativity, performance, and ability to grow our social media presence. *STAGE 2 — Salary: 6,000 MAD/month + BONUSES* Once you successfully achieve our first OKRs (Objectives & Key Results), you will automatically qualify for a full-time position with a salary of *6,000 MAD per month + performance bonuses.* *OKR 1 Requirements:* * *4X our social media engagement* across our platforms. * Receive an excellent performance evaluation from the company owner. * Consistently produce extremely creative, high-quality, engaging content. * Demonstrate exceptional work ethic, professionalism, consistency, and commitment. *STAGE 3 — Salary: 10,000 MAD/month + COMPANY EQUITY* This is where things become really interesting! We want someone who can grow with FRITA GUY, not just work for us. If you demonstrate outstanding performance and achieve our second OKRs, you can qualify for *10,000 MAD per month + an equity stake in the company*, subject to a formal equity agreement. *OKR 2 Requirements:* * Take our social media presence to an entirely new level, generating *millions of interactions and massive brand visibility.* * Build a strong personal brand around FRITA GUY. We want customers to recognize YOU as part of our identity! For example, filming yourself preparing customer orders, interacting with customers, creating entertaining videos, and becoming a recognizable face of the restaurant. * Receive final approval from the company owner based on your results, dedication, and contribution to the business. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? * Creating entertaining, original content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms. * Appearing confidently on camera and becoming one of the faces of FRITA GUY. * Filming, editing, and publishing high-quality videos. * Developing creative content ideas that have the potential to go viral. * Recording behind-the-scenes restaurant content, food preparation, and customer interactions. * Helping us build an extremely active and engaged community. REQUIREMENTS — EXTREMELY SIMPLE! We don't care about your university degree, years of experience, or fancy CV. *All we ask is:* * Send us your social media portfolio showcasing your videos, editing skills, creativity, or previous projects. * Attend a short online interview directly with the company owner, where we will evaluate your personality, confidence, communication skills, and compatibility with our vision. Being comfortable in front of the camera is extremely important. You should also enjoy creating content and be able to adapt to the fast-paced atmosphere of a busy restaurant. WHY JOIN FRITA GUY?
