ABOUT JOBEXPO.MA JobExpo.ma is Morocco's growing recruitment fair and online job board platform, connecting employers with talented candidates through large-scale Jobs Expo events in Casablanca, a high-traffic job board and a rich candidate database. As we prepare for our 2027 Casablanca edition and scale our digital hiring products, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer to strengthen our technical team. THE ROLE You will work directly under the guidance of our Technical & Growth Operations Manager, helping us keep our websites fast, stable and conversion-ready. You will optimise web performance, manage day-to-day web work, and support and assist the team with coding tasks and technical challenges across our platforms. This is a hands-on role for a developer who enjoys solving problems, learns quickly and wants to grow in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Web Performance - Audit and improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO health and mobile experience - Optimise images, scripts, caching, database queries and hosting setup - Monitor uptime, errors and performance, and fix issues quickly Web Management and Maintenance - Manage and update our websites, landing pages, job board and event pages - Implement new features, forms, integrations and tracking (analytics, pixels, CRM and email tools) - Support marketing and sales campaigns with fast landing pages and technical fixes Development Support - Write clean, maintainable front-end and back-end code - Assist the Technical & Growth Operations Manager with coding tasks, debugging and technical problem-solving - Build and maintain APIs, automations and integrations between our tools - Support the team with technical questions, troubleshooting and documentation Collaboration and Growth - Work closely with sales, marketing and operations to turn needs into working solutions - Suggest improvements to our tech stack, workflows and user experience - Follow best practices for security, backups, version control and code quality REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role (strong junior to mid-level candidates welcome) - Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript or TypeScript, plus a modern framework such as React or Next.js - Back-end experience with Node.js, PHP or Python, and with databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL or Supabase - Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is a plus - Understanding of web performance, SEO basics, responsive design and browser debugging - Familiarity with Git, APIs, hosting and deployment - Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn under guidance - Strong communication in English and French; Arabic is an advantage - Organised, reliable and comfortable working on several tasks at once NICE TO HAVE - Experience with job boards, e-commerce or event platforms - Knowledge of analytics, tag management, A/B testing and marketing automation - Experience with AI tools, automation workflows or no-code platforms WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive pay as per experience - Direct mentorship and guidance from the Technical & Growth Operations Manager - Real ownership over live websites used by employers and candidates - A fast-growing international team across Morocco and Ireland - Room to learn, grow and take on more responsibility HOW TO APPLY Apply through Indeed with your CV.
